Temporary Authorization for Clinical Activity
Under Italian law (Art. 39-ter, Legislative Decree 286/1998), non-EU physicians may obtain a temporary authorization to perform supervised clinical activities during training programs.

Application Procedure
- HOSTING HOSPITAL: Organizes the fellowship programme
- DOC. SUBMISSION: Collection of all required docs
- MINISTRY REVIEW: Italian Ministry Of Health reviews the application dossier
- TEMPORARY AUTHORIZATION: Official decree for supervised clinical training activities
- HANDS-ON FELLOWSHIP: Supervised clinical training under tutor responsibility

- Passport/ID copy
- Medical degree
- Professional license
- Medical council registration
- Certificate of Good Standing
- Criminal clearance certificate
- Professional liability insurance
- Declaration of Value issued by the Italian Embassy/Consulate
